I hope everyone heeds that warning! I lived in the mountains on a lake one cold long winter, and a mountain lion fell through the ice. Sad. Here people would have to test that sign for themselves.
In here deers and mooses falls in to ice regulary. In cities - and nearby - rescue workers saves them. More scaresly populated areas only God knows how many drowns every year. After all we have some 300 000 of them lakes.
