      It was sitting on that light pole. As I tried to photograph it it flew down. I think this is better than what I was aiming for. Bit of Luck, bit of Skill.

    This was perfect for black and white. I wonder what type of crow it is; I know you don't have our American crows or fish crows where you live.

    Excellent photograph. You chose the right format which is black and white. The subject material is unusual. Close-up of subject is mind blogging. Cropping it the way you did is very creative. Clap. Clapping. Still clapping.
