In that case the budget woudn´ve been bigger. And the end result would´ve been better looking. Then again; it looks better than the emphty lot.

That does seem slightly weird using bag planters in this situation. There are plants that will thrive in a gravel environment.
These are left over´s from around the City. And planted by residents of our neighbourhood. Apparently City is saving money.
Are these fabric planters or planter-cozies? :)
